September 19th 1805
Attended at the land of Able Nottingham decd. situate near Matchapungo in the County afsd. and under the direction of the Sheriff of the County afsd. & a Jury by him impanelled for the purposes of making partition of the sd. lands. Surveyed & divided the same being found to contain one hundred & thirty one Acres three roods & twenty perches, so that Sarah Nottingham, one of the daughters & coheirs of the said Able Nottingham decd. hath Lot No 1 containing thirty three acres three roods & thirty five Perches, in Severally and also one third of Lot No 3 in common with David Nottingham & Nicholas Bull & Eliz: his wife in right of sd. Elizabeth, as coheirs of George Nottingham decd, who was also a son & one of the co heirs of the said Able Nottingham decd. - so that the sd. David Nottingham one of the sons & coheirs of the sd. Able Nottingham decd. hath Lot No2 containing thirty three Acres three roods & thirty five perches, in seveally & one third of Lot No 3 in common the sd. Sarah Nottingham & Nicholas Bull & Eliz: his wife as coheirs of the sd. George Nottingham decd. as afsd. - so that the sd. Nicholas Bull & Eliz: his wife in right of the said Elizabeth have one third of Lot No 3 in Common with the sd. Sarah & David Nottingham coheirs of the sd. Geo. Nottingham decd. as afsd. & so that Richard Colburn had heretofore purchased one undivided fourth part of the sd. land form the sd. Nicholas Bull and Eliz: his wife also one of the daughters & coheirs of the sd. Able Nottingham decd. has Lot No 4 Containing Twenty Nine Acres three roods & thirty five perches, as may more fully appear by the annexed plat of the sd. Survey & division
