Surveyed at the request of Mr Arthur Robbins Four hundred Acres of Land Situate, lying and being in the Parish of St George & County of Accomack and bounderd as follows, towit, On the N:E by a line of marked trees dividing the premisses from the lands of Peter Savage On the S.W by the lands of the aforsd Arthur Robbins and on the N.W by a line of marked trees dividing from the lands of Arthur Adkins & Richd Sturgis the aforsd Four hundrd Acres of Land given by Mr Arthur Robbins to his his Son Thos Robbins for Courses, distances, Plat and other Particulars see below
