The Depositions of Thomas Evans
& John Evans his brother both of Summerset County by us William Beavans; & Anderson
Patterson two of his miests Justies of ye peace of ye above sd County; the Deponants
Saith that John Evans of Northampton County Carpender Said if ye afd Thomas Evans
& John Evans brothers to Nathaniell Evans Desest; would Lett ye afd John Evans of
Northamton Haave ye Carpendr; toolls then Belonging to ye afd Nathaniel that ye afd
John Evans of Northamton would not [------] any a count against ye Esteate of ye
afd Nathaniel Desest; & ye afd John Evans of Northamton did keep the afd toolles;
for feare afd we know or belive Y the Deponants further faith not Given undr; our
hands this 28th Day of July 1735
