This Indenture made this twenty ninth day of September one thousand seven hundred and ninety four Between Edward Kilman and Tabitha his Wife of Accomack County Vriginia of the one part and William Sreaves of the said County of the other part Witnesseth that the said Edward Kilman and Taabitha his Wife for and in consideration of the Sum of Twenty two pounds Nineteen Shillings Current Money of Virginia to him payed by William Sreaves before the Sealing and Delivery hereof the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do give grant Bargain and Sell to the said William Sreaves his Heirs and assigns for ever, a Track of Land with the appurtenances Lying and being part of the Track of Solomon Gray's Land in the aforesaid County Joyning in a Square to William Sreaves's Land it being the Lnad that was devised by the last Will and Testiment of Solomon Gray decd Containing by survey Nine Acres to have and to hold all the said Bargained premises with the appurtenances to the said William Sreaves his heirs and assigns for ever the use of the said William sreaves his Heirs and Assigns for ever under his Special trust and Confidence Nevertheless towit that the said William Sreaves and his Heirs forever hence after Stand Seazed of all the Bargained premises with the appurtenances and the said Edward Kilman for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby covenant with the said William Sreaves his Heirs and Assigns that at the imediately before the Sealing and Delivery hereof he is seazed of the aforesaid Nine Acres of Land with the appurtenances in a good and peasable of inheritance in fee simple and that he hath good right and full power to grant Bargain and Sell the same to the sd William Sreaves he his heirs and in manner and form aforesaid and that the said nine Acres of Land with the appurtenances are free and clear of all incumberances what Soever other than the quitrence to become due and the said Edward Kilman and Tabitha his Wife doth hereby for themselves and their heirs Executors and Admrs Covenant with the said William Sreaves his heirs and Assigns that he will hereafter for ever warrant and defend the said Nine Acres of Land with the appurtenances to the said William Sreaves his heirs and assigns forever against all persons Claiming Title whatsoever and that the said Edward Kilman he his heirs forever will when he or they shall hereafter thereto required by the same William Sreaves his heirs or Assigns at the person required make Deed and Execute such all Deeds or devised in the Law for the better and for his assuring to the said William Sreaves his heirs or assigns forever the said Mine Acres of Land with the appurtenances as the said William Sreaves his hiers or assigns or they Counsill in the Law Learned shall advise Required in Testimony whereof we have hereunto fixed our hands and Seals the day and year first above written
