This Deed made this third day of June in the year of our lord One thousand eight hundred and three between Nicholas Bool and Elizabeth his wife of the County of Northampton of the one part and Richd Coleburn of Accomack County of the other part Witnesses that the said Nicholas Bool and Elizabeth his wife for and in Consideration of the sum of eighty five Pounds lawfull money of Virginia to him in hand paid at or before the unsealing and delivery of those Presents the writh Whereof the said Nicholas Bool and Elizabeth his wife doth hereby acknowledge and wholly Discharge the said Richd Coleburn thereupon have granted bargained and sold and by those present do grant bargain and sell unto the said Richard Coleburn his heirs and assigns forever. Our Undivided fourth part of a certain tract or Parcel of land lying and being in the County of Accomack and parish of St. George and bounded as follows towit, on the north by the lands of Jonathan Garrison on the east by the lands William Wyatts heirs on the south by the lands of Arthur Savage and on the west by Isaiah Garrisons land Containing One hundred and fourteen acres be the same more or less which said undivided fourth part of said tract of land descended unto the said Elizabeth by the death of her father Abel Nottingham desd together with all and Singular the rights, members privileges and appurtenances rents issues and Profits thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold the said hereby bargained and sold one undivided fourth part of the said tract of land with the appurtenances unto him the said Richard Coleburn his heirs and assigns forever to them only proper use benefit and behoof and to wit for no other use whatsoever and the said Nicholas Bool and Elizabeth his wife do for themselves their heirs executors and administrators covenants and agree to and with the said Richd Coleburn his heirs and assigns the premises aforesaid with the appurtenances hereby granted bargained and sold against the claim or claims of themselves or others of theirs and of all other person and purpose whatsoever will warrant and by them Presents forever defend.

This deed from Nicholas Bool and Elizabeth his wife to Richd Coleburn was acknowledged by the said Nicholas and Elizabeth as their act and Deed and Ordered to be recorded. the said Elizabeth being first examined privily and a part from her sd husband as the law directs and as did Voluntarily consent thereto
